REGISTRATION
On working days between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.
ADMISSION TESTS AND INTERVIEWS
Admission tests and interviews are held on dates specified at the time of registration. Parents to be present at the time of interview.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
 Transfer Certificate from the previous recognized school duly countersigned by the DEO.
Date of Birth certificate for admission in preparatory classes.
Two colored photographs (Passport Size).
One family colored photograph (6 x 4 cm).
KINDERGARTEN & PRIMARY CLASSES(I to III)
Registration for admission to Jr. Classes opens in September each year for the ensuing academic year. Interviews and Admission tests are notified and held at an interval of 2-3 weeks subject to vacancies. Minimum age is three years plus for Nursery.
CLASSES IV TO X
Admission for classes IV to X is open in last week of January. Preference in these classes is given to students from outstation (transfer cases).
CLASS XI
The admission to class XI are done in April each year. The students' performances in the academic year and Pre-boards results in their respective schools are considered at the time of registration and admission. Appropriate streams are then allotted based on the interview. Cutoff percentage for admission is generally 70% and above.
ADMISSION DURING THE ACADEMIC SESSION
The admission during the academic session , though not encouraged, is done only for exceptional transfer cases. Few seats are kept for admissions in July for transfer cases.
WITHDRAWALS
One month's clear written notice be given for obtaining S chool L eaving C ertificate and T ransfer C ertificate.
